VEYORA a creative tech hub

Make the
unseen real.

We design, build and launch software, AI tools and digital products — ideas that catch the eye and lighten the load.

N° 00 — The other side

Every product starts as something only one person can see. A note on a phone. A process that eats the week. An idea you keep explaining to friends. We get it out of your head and into people’s hands — designed, coded and launched with AI doing the heavy lifting, and people making the calls.

What we make

Four disciplines. One studio.

Most projects use two or three of these at once. That’s the point of a hub.

  1. 01

    Intelligent software

Web apps and internal tools with AI where it earns its place: agents that plan, draft and check the work, then hand it back for a human yes.

Client portals · internal dashboards · assistants that answer from your own documents

  2. 02

    Automation

The repetitive part of the week, running on its own: data, files and messages moving between the tools you already use.

Lead routing · scheduled reports · inbox triage · syncing apps

  3. 03

    Digital products

Systems, kits and guides people can download and use the same afternoon. Build Base is the first one out the door.

Starter systems · templates · playbooks · toolkits

  4. 04

    Launch stories

The film, the reels, the first impression. We script, design and animate the story around what we build — in-house.

Launch films · explainer reels · product demos

Build Base

Your own AI command center.

A workspace where AI agents plan, build and review — and you give the final okay. It grew out of the way we run our own studio, packaged so you can set up yours.

  • 01Full source code
  • 02An AI setup prompt
  • 03Guided setup instructions
  • 04A workspace you can make your own

Good to know You bring a compatible AI tool and your own accounts for anything you connect. Integrations are yours to wire up; Build Base gives you the structure to start from.

Lab notes

We test AI on real work before we trust it.

Then we write down what broke. Four experiments from November 2026: fresh AI sessions, no internet, every number pulled from the logs.

N° 01

One goal. Two sessions. Zero memory.

session 1

session 2

13

We gave an AI workspace a single goal: plan a 7-day launch for a sample product. The first session wrote the plan, 13 tasks and 7 decisions, then stopped with 4 questions it couldn’t answer. We answered them in a note. A second session, with no memory of the first, found the next step in the project file and drafted every post.

Didn’t hold up “7 days” became 8. Two hooks assumed facts. One claim had no source.

Write it down. The next session remembers nothing.

N° 02

Three agents, one folder, one note.

20:09

A planner, a builder and a reviewer, each a fresh session, shared nothing but a folder and a handoff note. The brief: a tiny app to remember to water plants. About an hour of AI time later there was a 535-line app the reviewer passed, and it worked when we tried it.

Caught The builder claimed “at least 7:1 contrast.” The reviewer measured 6.52:1.
Lost The builder’s test proof never made it into the folder.

A handoff without receipts is a rumor.

N° 03

From goal to v1.0 in 42:33.

658

A 13-line brief for a habit tracker. The plan split it into 8 versions you could open, and the builder saved each one, v0.1 to v1.0. No agent opened a browser: the first human eyes came at the end. We re-ran the builder’s checks on v0.1, v0.5 and v1.0 ourselves and got the same results, with zero failures.

Still open Deleting a habit, and two windows at once. Both wait for v1.1.

Small versions you can open beat one big reveal.

N° 04

The reviewer who measured.

0→10

The brief: split a restaurant check to the cent, tax and tip included. The reviewer found no bug in the math. But the builder’s notes said “tap targets at least 44px,” and the ✕ next to each price was 40 px wide. After one fix round, the builder’s own tests caught all 10 blind spots the reviewer had listed. Before, they caught none.

Caught A 44 px claim on a 40 px button, and a 2 px miss that broke a phone layout.

Ask for measurements, not adjectives.

Agents: Claude, one fresh session per role, working only inside a test folder. Times are AI working time (min:sec) from the session logs.

Process

From a spark to something real.

Four moves, the same on a weekend tool or a full product. What changes is how many versions it takes.

  1. 01brief.md

    Reveal

We start with your words, not a pitch deck. Who is it for? What is the one thing it has to do? What can wait?

  2. 02plan.md

    Shape

Screens, data and the first small tasks get mapped before any code. Everything else goes on a “later” list, on purpose.

  3. 03v0.1 → v1.0

    Build

Small saved versions you can open and click. AI does the heavy lifting; reviews by agents and by us check the claims before you see them.

  4. 04launch/

    Release

The launch, the story around it, and the unglamorous parts: notes, access and a clean handover.

Before it exists, it’s a possibility.

i.

AI proposes. People approve.

Agents draft, plan and check. Anything that costs money, goes public or can’t be undone waits for a human yes.

ii.

Show it working.

No invented numbers, no mockups dressed up as results. If we say it works, we ran it.

iii.

Small, saved, shippable.

Versions you can open beat big reveals. Progress you can see is progress you can steer.

iv.

Ease is the point.

If it doesn’t take something off someone’s plate, it isn’t finished yet.
